Topics cover culinary creations of all kinds, from multi-course menus to cheesemaking and coffee roasting.
Unless otherwise stated, all culinary creations were developed and prepared by the author.

The general focus is technical, thus “The Analytical Kitchen”.
The food focus tends towards haute cuisine, with emphasis on presentation, interesting flavour combinations, colour and textural contrasts, seasonal ingredients, wine-food matching, and occassionally more innovative/challenging dishes.

This blog was born in 2004 but was hacked and deleted some years later (I was lazy and a bot caught me). In 2010, the blog was reinstated with reposting of many former creations (though in lesser detail than on the original blog). As such, it represents a loose record of culinary work since 2004.
